Position Overview

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll leverage your expertise to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions and comprehensive treatment planning.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions focusing on ADL improvement and functional independence
• Lead individualized and group therapy sessions
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Participate in care planning meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current New York State OT License
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
