• Perform advanced surgical assisting duties during complex cardiac procedures
• Execute specialized saphenous vein harvesting techniques
• Maintain optimal surgical field exposure and hemostasis
• Collaborate closely with surgical team members to ensure patient safety
• Assist in pre-operative preparation and post-operative procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification from an accredited agency
• Current Surgical First Assistant certification from a nationally recognized organization
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience in CVOR procedures and vein harvesting
• Strong clinical acumen with current acute care experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
