Dallas Metro Area | $260/hr – Permanent 1099

The Opportunity

You'll provide high-quality acute care in a busy suburban Emergency Department just outside Dallas, serving nearly 35,000 patients annually. This permanent 1099 position pairs strong compensation with predictable scheduling, full APP support, and malpractice coverage including tail — all within easy reach of downtown Dallas.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Evaluate and treat a wide range of emergent medical conditions across a high-volume ED averaging nearly 35,000 annual visits
  • Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers during overlapping shift coverage
  • Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, specialists, and hospital staff
  • Document all patient encounters accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
  • Manage your caseload across structured 9–10 hour shifts designed to support sustainable practice

What We're Looking For

  • Board Certification: ABEM or AOBEM certified — or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Board Certified with a minimum of 2 years of recent hospital-based ER experience
  • Current Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS — all required
  • Licensure: Eligible for Texas medical licensure
  • EMR: Epic experience preferred
