Emergency Department Director - Clinical Leadership Opportunity

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the Emergency Department
• Drive clinical excellence through evidence-based practices and quality initiatives
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and staffing optimization
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient experience
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and team development
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accreditation standards
• Direct patient flow optimization and throughput strategies
• Champion continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent acute care ED Director/Manager experience
• Bachelor's Degree (BSN preferred)
• Current RN licensure in good standing
• Strong leadership and organizational development skills
• Excellence in budget management and resource allocation
• Track record of implementing successful quality improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Emergency Nursing Certification (CEN)
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Track record of successful change management initiatives
