Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient evaluations
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Lead pain management protocols and rehabilitation strategies
• Mentor and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License
• 2+ years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings
• Strong expertise in geriatric care and orthopedic rehabilitation
• Excellence in patient communication and family education
