Job Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
A growing outpatient therapy organization is seeking a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist to manage a clinic in Los Gatos, CA while maintaining a full patient caseload. You'll lead the center's clinical and operational performance — with a compensation package that includes sign-on, relocation, annual bonus, and continuing education support.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
• Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation
• Drive local marketing and outreach to referral sources to support center growth
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA protocols
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program
• Current state PT or OT license and CPR certification
• Leadership ability and clinical problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts, safely transfer patients, and lift up to 50 lbs
