Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems across healthcare and higher education projects
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures
  • Manage discipline-level delivery on medium to large projects; serve as project manager on select engagements
  • Mentor, develop, and train junior staff and contribute to a high-performing team culture
  • Apply engineering software platforms to deliver technically sound, code-compliant designs
  • Contribute to technical writing and proposal development efforts

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • PE licensure required (EIT considered depending on experience level)
  • 9+ years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with a focus on healthcare or higher education projects
  • Expertise with engineering software platforms used in electrical system design
  • Advanced working knowledge of industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong technical writing skills and experience contributing to project proposals
