Position Overview

As our Inventory & Supply Chain Manager, you'll oversee comprehensive inventory management operations while implementing innovative solutions to optimize our supply chain processes. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on management in a dynamic chemical manufacturing setting.

Essential Responsibilities

• Spearhead inventory control systems and best practices implementation
• Direct shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations for chemical materials
• Manage stock levels through strategic forecasting and data analysis
• Lead inventory audits and reconciliation processes
• Develop and maintain KPIs for inventory performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies
• Ensure compliance with chemical storage and safety regulations
• Generate comprehensive analytics reports for executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of inventory management experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing
• Proven track record in implementing inventory control systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in team leadership and development

Preferred Qualifications

• CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with chemical inventory management
• Knowledge of chemical safety regulations and compliance
• Six Sigma certification
