Vice President, Pharmacy Services - Strategic Healthcare Leadership

This executive leadership role combines clinical expertise, operational excellence, and business acumen to optimize pharmaceutical services and enhance patient care outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead divisional pharmacy operations, clinical services, and regulatory compliance across multiple acute care facilities
• Drive strategic cost containment initiatives and optimize medication management systems
• Develop innovative pharmacy business process models to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide executive oversight of pharmacy departments while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Partner with Division Supply Chain CEO and Clinical Resource Director on pharmaceutical purchasing strategies
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and establish best practices in pharmacy services

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm)
• Current Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Minimum 5 years progressive pharmacy management experience in acute care settings
• Proven track record in multi-site healthcare operations
• Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), MBA, or MS degree
• Previous experience as Chief Pharmacy Officer, Division Director, or VP of Pharmacy
• Healthcare system experience with multiple facility oversight
