A well-supported outpatient therapy organization is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Santa Cruz, CA. You'll evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and lead PT assistants and aides — with strong financial support, continuing education, and benefits available from day one.

Evaluate and treat patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary

Develop individualized treatment plans and document goals and progress thoroughly

Supervise and coach PT assistants and aides

Maintain compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program

Current California PT license and CPR certification

Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
