Position Overview

As the Critical Care Nurse Manager, you'll provide 24/7 operational leadership for our ICU department, ensuring exceptional patient care delivery while supporting our facility's mission of clinical excellence and compassionate healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and clinical oversight of the Critical Care Unit
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled nursing professionals
• Implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
• Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
• Drive patient safety initiatives and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate staff development and continuing education programs

Required Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Current Texas RN license or compact license
• Minimum 2 years recent Critical Care leadership experience
• BLS/ACLS certification
• National Specialty Certification or commitment to obtain within 1 year
• Previous experience in Magnet or Pathways facilities highly desired
