THE OPPORTUNITY

A well-supported outpatient therapy organization is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Los Gatos, CA. You'll evaluate patients, develop and execute individualized treatment plans, and supervise PT assistants and aides — backed by strong benefits, continuing education support, and financial relocation and loan assistance.

Evaluate and treat patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary

Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress with thorough documentation

Supervise and coach PT assistants and aides

Maintain compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program

Current California PT license and CPR certification

Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
