Pay Range: $36.06 $55.32/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assess physical therapy needs

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans

• Administer therapeutic interventions in line with patient goals

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and home care

• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR system

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members

• Supervise and guide PT assistants and rehab aides

• Participate in team meetings, hospital initiatives, and performance improvement programs

• Mentor students and new staff; deliver in-service presentations

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

• Current Alabama PT license or eligibility to obtain one

• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

For International Candidates:

• NPTE exam completion

• English proficiency exam (as applicable)

• FCCPT Visa Screen Certificate
