Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of OR nurses and surgical staff while ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement educational programs in collaboration with OR Educator
• Manage departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee operational and capital budgets while maintaining fiscal responsibility
• Facilitate communication between OR staff, administration, and medical teams
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development
• Participate in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• Current Texas RN license or compact state license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 5+ years of OR nursing experience
• 2+ years of OR leadership experience
• Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Strong clinical knowledge in surgical nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CNOR certification preferred
