Your Day-to-Day

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized respiratory care plans in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff
  • Operate and maintain complex ventilatory support systems, monitoring equipment, and resuscitation devices
  • Perform patient assessments, diagnostic procedures, and oxygen therapy across assigned units
  • Float across the children's hospital as needed, applying your clinical expertise where it's needed most
  • Complete department and unit-specific orientation requirements
  • Support physicians in the delivery and direction of respiratory therapy services

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Education sufficient to meet licensure or certification requirements
  • Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association upon hire
