Production Manager - Corrugated Manufacturing Operations | Lean Manufacturing Leader

Join a leading manufacturer in Pryor, Oklahoma, as our Production Manager, where you'll drive operational excellence in our corrugated manufacturing facility. Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency metrics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
• Oversee production scheduling and inventory management
• Manage and optimize converting operations including FFG and RDC equipment
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence
• Collaborate with sales and planning teams to optimize production flow
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• 10-15 years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in management
• Proven experience in corrugated manufacturing operations
• Expert knowledge of FFG, RDC, and SFG converting equipment
• Demonstrated success implementing lean manufacturing principles
• Six Sigma certification preferred
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
