ENERCALC is a software company that provides engineering calculation tools for structural and civil engineers. Founded in 1982, ENERCALC supports professionals with software used for the analysis and design of low to mid rise structures. Sarah Vita is the Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator at ENERCALC. In this role, she supports operations and marketing initiatives across the organization and works closely with leadership and team members to keep projects moving forward.
We are seeking a full time Virtual Assistant to support Sarah as she transitions into more big picture operational and marketing focused responsibilities.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Creating promotional graphics using templates
- Website administration support
- Managing meeting recordings and shared drive organization
- Managing incoming phone calls and routing inquiries appropriately
- Coordinating trade show logistics and materials
- Managing virtual meeting administration and moderating monthly Office Hours
- Reviewing weekly publications for mentions of ENERCALC customers
- Calendar and scheduling coordination
- Email and administrative coordination
- Invoice tracking and support
- Monitoring task management systems and tracking project progress
- Providing administrative overflow support to the broader team
- Executing various tasks as assigned

Position Details
- This is a full-time, remote W2 position
- The position will be 40 hours per week
- Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision, PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, and 401k
- Hours are flexible within 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST
- You will be required to attend a monthly team meeting at 8:30 am PST
- The pay rate is $30/hr (USD)
- We are looking for someone to become a long term (3+ years) team member
