Brandon and Amanda Neely are the co-owners and financial architects of Counterflow, a financial services company that helps business owners and real estate investors make better financial decisions by turning complex money systems into clear, human conversations. Counterflow combines cash-flow strategy, wealth-building structures, and live guidance to help people create more stability, confidence, and long-term alignment in both business and life.
They are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can help create calm, clarity, organization, and momentum inside a fast-moving, founder-led business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable turning ideas, communication, and moving priorities into clear action.

This role is ideal for someone who can protect focus, reduce friction, bring structure to moving pieces, and become a trusted extension of the business over time.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the co-owner's calendar, scheduling, and communication flow
- Organizing and responding to email communication when appropriate
- Translating audio notes, ideas, and verbal direction into organized written execution
- Helping create and maintain operational systems and workflows
- Coordinating client follow-up and communication touchpoints
- Supporting podcast, media, and content repurposing workflows, including using AI tools to help develop and repurpose content for different platforms
- Managing CRM organization and operational data accuracy
- Acting as a liaison between clients, partners, and internal team members
- Helping reduce friction, improve organization, and protect founder focus
- Supporting evolving projects and helping bring clarity to moving priorities across Counterflow
- Posting across multiple social media pages and supporting basic image creation

Position Details
- This is a 1099 contractor position that will transition to W2 after 90 days
- Benefits will begin after the transition to W2 after 90 days and include PTO and 9 paid holidays
- The position will start around 25 hours per week, then increase to full-time hours within two months
- Hours are between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST
- Occasional Saturday hours are required and will replace weekday hours
- The pay rate is $30/hr. USD and is non-negotiable
- You must be able to pass a background check
- We are looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
