David Trout is the President and CEO of SolutionsX, LLC., an Infor Gold Channel Partner specializing in selling and implementing Infor's ERP product, CloudSuite Industrial. With over 20 years of experience, David's company is a leader in manufacturing consulting, providing expert knowledge to clients through implementation and advisory services.

As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, the ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and reliable, helping streamline operations, contribute to meaningful goals, and provide high-quality support, giving David back 35 hours each week.

This role is essential for managing high-level administrative tasks, enabling David to focus on strategic priorities, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a positive, mentorship-focused environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing the CEO's email inbox and calendar
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and dining
  • Reviewing meeting summaries and creating tasks or follow-ups
  • Completing daily check-ins and end-of-day reports
  • Scheduling and managing tasks
  • Handling other administrative responsibilities to free up the CEO's time

Position Details:

  • This is a W2 Employee position
  • Benefits include medical, dental/vision, PTO/vacation, sick time, paid holidays, 401(k), and a phone/internet stipend
  • The position will be 40 hours per week
  • Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm EST
  • The pay rate is $25/hour USD
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
