Derek Kamajian is the Senior Director of Clinic Operations for Mercola Health, a company focused on building a direct-to-consumer healthcare ecosystem with services like health-metric tracking, tele-health, and direct-to-consumer lab testing. Mercola Health has been a leader in healthcare and supplementation for over 25 years.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can support Derek's vision and aligns with Mercola Health's core values of:

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual committed to excellence and accountability. A strong fit for this role will possess empathy and a strategic approach to problem-solving, enabling effective support across various business functions.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling meetings and discussions with health coaches and third-party vendors
- Managing NDAs and ensuring compliance
- Taking notes during meetings and assisting with follow-up actions
- Onboarding new hires and helping them connect with internal team members
- Managing ownership and responsibility for documents and tasks
- Formatting and compiling items for reports
- Conducting basic research on vendors, background check companies, and other relevant partners
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

- Highly detail-oriented and proactive in completing tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience with the following tools is a plus:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Teams
Position Details
- This is a W2 Employee position
- The position will be 20-25 hours per week
- Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm EST
- The pay rate is $25/hr. USD
- You must be able to pass a background check
- We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
