We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to join Adam Kazalskis team at FourFront Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will be aligned with the core values of integrity, excellence, and innovation. This role requires someone who can handle a variety of tasks, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and support the growth of the business.

  • As our Virtual Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the CRM system and providing daily tasks for completion
  • Scrubbing, cleaning, and delegating emails, ensuring only essential ones reach the client
  • Scheduling important meetings and tasks, prioritizing revenue-generating activities
  • Holding the client accountable to quarterly goals and weekly tasks
  • Proactively managing the clients schedule, ensuring critical tasks are prioritized
  • Delegating tasks to the appropriate team members and simplifying tech and communications
  • Running webinars smoothly and professionally
  • Setting up scheduling tools and ensuring correct links are integrated into signature lines
  • Learning and adhering to compliance requirements
  • Taking notes using note-taking tools, allocating tasks/information to the right people, and storing them in the appropriate folders

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

  • Ability to make decisions and think three steps ahead
  • Direct and pleasant communication with internal and external contacts
  • Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and software

  • Ability to learn new software tools quickly and comfortable with technology

You must come ready to quickly learn and be trained on these tools:

  • Microsoft Suite
  • RedTail CRM
  • Slack
  • Calendly
  • Zoom
  • FMG Suites marketing tool
  • Outlook and its integrations/plugins

Position Details:

  • This is a remote 1099 contractor position
  • The position will be 15-20 hours per week
  • Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST with some flexibility
  • You must be available for weekly meetings on Mondays at 10:00 AM and Thursdays at 11:00 AM EST
  • Pay rate is $22/hr. USD
  • You must reside in the United States
  • You must be able to pass a background check, credit check and fingerprinting due to industry regulations
  • Were looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
