Walker Ryan is the CEO and Founder of Parq, a leading Climate Software company. Parq is on a mission to empower industrial companies to embrace sustainability. We do this by helping companies with environmental reporting and certification in a cost effective manner. Our proprietary, AI-powered processes encompass data collection, report writing, and verification. We deliver product carbon footprinting, life cycle assessments, and environmental product declarations 921% faster than anyone in the world.

We're seeking an assistant to handle both business and personal tasks, who is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and has an excellent sense for anticipating needs before they arise.

In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Emails and Calendar Management
  • Handle Scheduling for both business and personal needs
  • Attend meetings and prepare necessary follow-ups, such as notes, action items, and tasks
  • Manage and follow up on document processing in DocuSign
  • Coordinate travel and logistics, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and meals
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry
  • Contribute to blog posts, LinkedIn content, and marketing materials
  • Assist with Notion task management
  • Organize team meetings and other social activities
  • Plan weekly meals and manage grocery lists
  • Manage both personal and company CRM systems

You must be experienced with the following tools:

Position Details

  • This is a 1099 contractor position
  • The position will start with 15-20 hours per week. Pending performance, there is opportunity to grow to more hours
  • Flexible hours Monday - Friday. Schedule will be determined between you and Walker Ryan
  • The pay rate is $23/hr USD
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (5+ years) team member
