This role requires someone highly organized to manage diverse tasks, ensure smooth system operations, and handle routine responsibilities that support overall company efficiency. As our assistant, you'll enable the President to focus on high-priority initiatives by taking tasks off his plate and acting as his gatekeeper, while staying adaptable to an evolving role as the company grows.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and organize emails, summarize, and prioritize action items
- Delegate tasks, cross-check data, and maintain system functionality
- Schedule and manage calendar appointments
- Attend virtual meetings, summarize key points, and assist in proposal prep
- Provide insights to support decisions aligned with company values
- Gatekeeping, delegating, and prioritizing requests
- Handle occasional personal tasks and coordinate team onboarding
- Support CRM migration and contribute to system and process improvements
- Translate the President's vision into clear, actionable steps that help drive key initiative forward

Position Details
- This is a Full-Time 1099 remote contractor position
- Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, and bonus pay
- The position will be 40 hours per week
- Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST with some flexibility
- Pay rate is $25/hr. USD
- You must be able to pass a background check
- We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
