Joe Toste is the founder & CEO of TechTables, is known as "that podcast guy" for his ability to spotlight key issues that technology leaders in government and education care about most. TechTables connects Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) through engaging podcasts, events, and a private community serving high-level technology executives and their vendor partners across State, Local Government (cities and counties), Higher Education, and K-12.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who aligns with our core values: Be Imaginative and Creative, Drive to Beat Yesterday, Aim for Excellence and Integrity, Focus on Transformation through Relationships. The ideal candidate will support our CEO in a variety of administrative and podcast production tasks.

As our Virtual Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Process transcripts from sales, podcast intro calls, and meetings
- Upload monthly community recordings and process summary prompts to boost engagement
- Create podcast briefing documents from guest pre-interviews
- Draft podcast episode outlines to streamline production
- Oversee the podcast pre- and post-production process
- Prepare and update the weekly calendar for smooth scheduling
- Draft copy and create graphics for podcast promotions
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficiency

- Knowledge of podcast production and workflows is a plus!

Position Details:
- This is a 1099 contractor position
- This position will be between 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to grow to more hours
- Suggested hours are 9:00 am - 12:00 pm PST, 5 days a week
- The position offers some flexibility as long as hours are communicated and the work is completed; however, hours may occasionally shift to accommodate live events
- The pay rate is $25/hr. USD
- We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
