As our assistant, you will enjoy working in a hands-on, detail-oriented environment where accuracy and follow-through are essential. You'll provide support in managing tasks, priorities, and schedules, communicate clearly and regularly, and thrive in a role with high expectations.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing email and calendar efficiently
- Using AI tools to help generate and post content on social media platforms
- Responding to comments and engaging with audiences
- Assisting with template creation in Canva and basic image editing
- Documenting tasks and procedures using platforms like Trainual
- Coordinating travel and accommodations
- Participating in weekly and biweekly calls, taking notes, and creating recaps
- Organizing priorities through a weekly planner and daily communication
- Helping find external resources or contacts as needed
- Performing miscellaneous marketing tasks
- Maintaining and updating a priority list
- Providing a daily email recap of completed tasks, questions, and plans for the next day
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

- Experience or interest in social media marketing is a plus!

- Google Workspace (Gmail, GCal)
- Canva
- Social Media Platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
- AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
- Trainual
Position Details:
- This is a remote W2 position
- Benefits include Medical, Dental/Vision, PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, and 401(k)
- This position will be 30-40 hours per week
- Hours are Monday to Friday from 7/8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
- Pay rate: $25/hour USD
- You must be able to pass a background check
- We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
