Jaclyn Perovich is the Founder of JP Virtual, a fast-growing consulting company that provides full back office support for home improvement contractors using JobTread software. JP Virtual supports contractors with client communication, job costing, CRM setup, and process creation, helping businesses run more smoothly and profitably.
We are seeking a confident, detail-oriented and proactive bilingual (Spanish-English) Virtual Assistant to support our founder in a fast-moving, construction-focused environment. You must be aligned with the following Core Values:

This role is essential to keeping client work organized, accurate, and on track. The ideal assistant is someone who can work independently, communicate directly, take initiative, and follow through consistently without needing to be micromanaged.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing email inboxes and handling client communications
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Creating a daily to-do list for the founder and proactively handling tasks
- Sending proposals and following up with clients
- Invoicing and pulling receipts and invoices
- CRM cleanup and ongoing JobTread management
- Document management and auditing client accounts for accuracy and completeness
- Creating and updating SOPs and internal processes
- Compiling notes and pulling tasks from meetings
- Supporting monthly newsletters
- Monitoring the phone and texts and assisting with client follow-ups
- Working on projects and moving them forward independently
- Flagging issues, gaps, or missing information and proactively resolving or escalating them
- Providing light social media support for clients as needed
- Proactively researching solutions and handling ad hoc tasks to keep work moving forward
To succeed in this role, you must be a highly competent, Type A assistant who hits the ground running. Your primary focus will be keeping work accurate, organized, and moving forward without waiting for direction. - You must be tech savvy and quick to pick up new tools and software
- You must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken required, written a plus)
- Portuguese proficiency is a bonus, not required

Position Details
- This is a W2 Employee position
- Benefits include PTO (paid time off), sick time, and one paid mental health day per quarter
- The position will start at 15 – 20 hours per week
- Opportunity to increase hours and potentially move into a full-time project coordinator role within 6 months
- Flexibility hours between 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
- The pay rate is $25/hr. USD
- Spanish fluency is required
- You must be able to pass a background check
- We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
