We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can bring structure, consistency, and follow through to his fast paced environment. This person will help manage priorities, support daily operations, and keep execution on track.

As our assistant, you will help bring order to the moving parts of the business by keeping tasks organized, supporting ongoing projects, and making sure key items stay on track. You will handle a mix of operational work, content coordination, follow up, and structured routines that help maintain steady progress each week.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing email inbox and keeping priorities organized
- Handling calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Managing client requests, leads, contacts, and networking follow up
- Running scheduled reports in compliance systems
- Managing LinkedIn connections and routine follow up
- Supporting content coordination and cross posting
- Scheduling social media posts and monitoring comments and messages
- Generating and sending client progress reports
- Supporting client event coordination
- Updating the company website
- Researching and summarizing reports
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

Position Details
- This is a 1099 contractor position with a potential transition to W2 after the 90 day trial
- A 401(k) with a 50 percent match on the first 3 percent is available once transitioned to W2
- The position will be 15 to 20 hours per week with the possibility to increase to full time within 6 months
- Hours are flexible within 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST
- The pay rate is $27/hr USD
- You must be able to pass a background check
- We're looking for someone to become a long term (3+ years) team member
