We have a fantastic opportunity for a Branch Manager in our clients store in the Greater Manchester area

We're looking for a great people manager with a personality who is resilient and has a "Can Do" attitude with a hands-on approach to leading and motivating a small team.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Day to day running of a branch in a highly competitive and sales focused environment
• Having a hands-on approach to dealing with our traders and customers enquiries on a daily basis
• Recruit, train and motivate a small team to achieve targets
• Driving P&L through sales, margin & cost controls

You will be:

• An experienced manager with enthusiasm, drive and resilience
• Always putting your customer first, you'll know how to build a thriving business
• A people person, who will lead by example and love to bring out the best in your team
• Fun loving, that likes to work hard & play hard!

Hours - 40 per week:

Sat 9am - 1pm / No Sundays or late nights, closed Christmas to NY

Salary / Package:

£34,445.00 to £40,000.00 per year + Package + Benefits
