Area Manager - West Yorkshire

Our client are a growing QSR hospitality brand. Due business growth they are now seeking to grow their field team and recruit an Area Manager to manage a number of sites in West Yorkshire.

This is a great opportunity to join a stable, well performing business with ambitious plans for the future, and this role would suit an existing multi site operator who enjoys working in an environment whey they truly run their own business and have the freedom to manage with their own style.

The Role

• Day to day management of a number of hospitality sites across multiple locations.
• Hands on approach to managing teams and you will be a highly visible operator within your sites.
• Coaching, developing and upskilling your teams and leading by example
• Supporting the business in identifying new sites and managing the process to completion.
• Ensuring the operational and commercial success of your sites through strong process and P&L management.

The Candidate

• In order to be considered applicants must have at least 12 months recent experience in managing multiple hospitality sites.
• Candidates from Food, Beverage, Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Fast Food, Quick Service or similar hospitality backgrounds are invited to apply.
• You will be a strong hands on operator, not scared to get involved and lead by example.
• A true self starter that can manage in a flat structure that trusts its people

The Package

£39,000 Basic Salary plus Car and strong bonus potential.
