Tax Intern (Talent Pool)

We are seeking a final year student who wants to have practical work experience to join our GT Internship program. You will be intensively coached and mentored by professionals and you can also broaden your professional connections and put into practice what you've learnt at university. Lastly, you will get certification once you've completed the internship program and opportunities to become a Full Time at Grant Thornton Indonesia.

Only shortlisted candidates will be proceeded further.

Qualifications:

• Final year student of accounting or fiscal administration major with a minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 GPA.
• Having organizational experience in related areas would be a plus.
• English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Have a basic tax knowledge.
• Have a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Description:

• Helping the business development of the prospective client by providing the background of the client, background of the transactions, etc;
• Assisting on the Recapitulation and reconciliations of taxes;
• Assisting on document downloading, checking, recapitulating, and filing;
• Assisting on the ongoing projects in relation to document preparation;
• Helping on research of tax regulations;
• Assisting in preparing the matrix of regulation (comparison old and new regulation, highlighting the update, etc);
• Revising of the deliverables if needed;
• Assisting to prepare flowchart of a certain process in taxation matters;
• Assisting to prepare a summary of new regulations.
