[Talent Pool] Tax Consultant

We are looking for a talent pool for a skilled Tax Consultant to join our team and contribute to our International Tax and M&A Tax Advisory Services. In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing tax returns, assisting with audits and appeals, conducting in-depth tax research, and drafting insightful advisory memos. With at least 2 years of experience in tax consulting and strong English communication skills, you’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Accounting or Fiscal Administration with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
• English communication skill both oral and written is a must.
• Have min 3 years of experience in Tax Consulting Firm.
• Have tax certification will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in fast paced work environment.
• Experienced to prepare the Monthly and/Annual Tax Returns.
• Experienced to assist client for audit, objection and appeal.
• Experienced to assist client for tax review and/or due diligence project.
• Able to conduct deep tax research and/or analysis.

Job Description

• Helping the business development of the prospective client by providing the background of the transactions
• Mostly helping on the International Tax and Merger and Acquisition Tax Advisory Services
• Helping on research of tax regulations.
• Drafting tax advisory services memo.
• Other tax services such as tax compliance, tax due diligence or tax review services.
• Revising of the deliverables if needed.
