About the job Advisory Admin
The ideal candidate will report to Partner. You must be capable of handling the day-to-day aspects of the administrative advisory work (drafting, editing, revising, and monitoring schedule of team events and deadlines) with support from colleagues. You will need to work with other professionals and can be independently assigned for clerical assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree of Business Administration, Management, Secretary or other relevant major from reputable local universities.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Internship experience in relevant backgrounds would be point plus.
- Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, both oral and written.
- Highly capable of using Ms Office (Word, Excel, Office365, etc).
- Experience in handling administrative tasks, coordinating and monitoring schedules, also editing and revising documents following editorial comments from users.
- Attention to detail.
Job Description
- Prepare initial drafts of administrative documents based on available templates (e.g. engagement letter, interfirm agreement, client acceptance, local conflict check, IRC, etc).
- Send reminders to team members of deadlines concerning administrative tasks.
- Notify managers for post-project deadlines, particularly files archiving.
- Handle the scheduling of advisory events (gatherings, meetings, training rooms/meeting rooms, etc).
