This position is with one of our clients located in Bahrain looking to hire applicants who are local and presently residing in Bahrain.

The Pre product sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving sales activities prior to customer acquisition, directly influencing the company's revenue growth and overall performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Presales Specialist collaborates closely with both customers and Account Managers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and aligning technical solutions accordingly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Solution Development and Presentation: Design and configure tailored solutions for prospective customers, clearly demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of the company's products or services to address specific customer requirements.
• Proposal and Cost Estimate Preparation: Develop detailed technical proposals and cost estimates, ensuring they are aligned with the customers needs, budget, and expectations, while adhering to company guidelines and standards.
• Sales Support: Provide technical support to the Sales Director and Sales Account Managers during client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations. Ensure that all technical aspects of the offering are accurately represented to facilitate successful deal closure.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical resource during the presales process, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a presales role within the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on solution development and customer engagement.
• In-depth knowledge of network design and architecture, with the ability to translate customer needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Hands-on technical experience, with a strong foundation in telecommunications technologies and infrastructure, is essential to excel in this role.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Expertise in Wide Area Networking (WAN) and Carrier Technologies such as MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching).
• Strong proficiency in IP Networking and Network Security.
• Experience with public cloud platforms, particularly Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• In-depth understanding of networking technologies, including MPLS, IP networking, and Internet services like Fiber.
