Consultant/ Supervisor - Risk Advisory (Internal Audit)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team at Grant Thornton Abdulaal as a Consultant/ Supervisor in our Risk Advisory department. As a leading global professional services firm, we provide our clients with a range of services including audit, tax, and advisory services. Our Risk Advisory team specializes in helping organizations identify and manage risks to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of risk advisory professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies for clients.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities.
• Monitor and review work performed by team members to ensure it meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and regulations to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
• Prepare and present reports to clients on risk assessment findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated solutions to clients.
• Participate in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in risk advisory or a related field within a Consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
