Position: Service Advisor Company: Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. Contract Details: Full-time Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is a leading provider of hospitality and tourism services in the Grand Canyon region. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay at our various properties. You will serve as a liaison between guests and our various departments, ensuring that their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience - Provide information and recommendations about our properties, amenities, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions - Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed - Promote and sell additional services and packages to enhance the guest experience - Follow up with guests after their stay to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve guest satisfaction and overall operations Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in computer systems and software - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests At Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc., we value our employees and strive to provide a positive and supportive work environment.
