Driver

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Professional Drivers License (appropriate restriction for heavy vehicles). A, A1, B, B1, B2, C, BE, and CE
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience driving heavy trucks and/or operating heavy equipment.
• Certification or training in heavy equipment operation is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and equipment safety procedures.
• Ability to operate vehicles such as dump trucks, trailers, or other heavy machinery.
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor or construction environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and safety-oriented.
• Willing to start ASAP
• Willing to work on holidays

Job Description:

• Operate trucks to transport construction materials, equipment, or goods to project sites and designated locations.
• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, or dump trucks when required.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues or damages immediately.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip records, and equipment usage reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors, dispatchers, and site personnel to ensure timely delivery and operations.
• Ensure cargo is properly secured before transport.
• Assist with site work when not driving or operating equipment.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Defensive driving skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting vehicles or equipment.
• Experience working on construction or industrial project sites.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
