Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
  • Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company
  • Able to communicate and empathize with clients
  • Preferably with experience in doing outbound telemarketing
  • Fluent in English, Filipino, and local dialect
  • Proficient with computer applications
  • Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow-up
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Results-Oriented

Job Description:

  • Promotes the company through effective customer relations and goodwill activities. 
  • Ensure that new vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery of the unit to ensure customer satisfaction with the overall dealership experience. 
  • Contact service customers for after service customers follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction with the services performed three days after the unit is released from the shop. 
  • Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and acts immediately and effectively to resolve the same. 
  • Assist the operating departments on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from / to the manufacturers. 
  • Performs internal audits on operating departments to ensure adherence to standards set forth by the manufacturers. 
  • Submits internal and external reportorial requirements on or before the set deadline. 
  • Assist the Service Department in promoting and implementing a service appointment system. 
  • Assist / Facilities in training conducted by the department. 
  • Assist in telemarketing various promos and events. 
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned as need arises.
