IT Staff

Qualifications:

- Four year curse or a Bachelor Degree preferably an IT graduate

- Knowledgeable in ERP/CRM software

- Knows the process in H/S troubleshooting

- Network basic troubleshooting

- Basic background in printer repair

- Customer Oriented

- Can work under pressure

- Preferably can drive

Job Description:

- Responsible in entering customer data in the system

- Assist customers once they enter the customer lounge giving forms for the customer information

- Extract reports needed

- Hardware and software troubleshooting

- Provide support to department and end users

- Responsible for documentation and standard procedure

- Must have a great customer handling skills
