Warranty Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male/Female
• Must be a graduate of any 4 year course (preferably BS Engineering or BS Industrial Technology Major in Automotive or any related course)
• has at least 1 year experience in after sales operations and must have strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) .

Job Responsibilities:

• * In charge of warranty concerns and claims concerns
• Evaluate warranty claims of customer if valid or not
• Deal directly with local suppliers with warranty claims
• * Preparation of technical reports
• Administration of warranty parts identification, storage, and disposal
• Preparation of warranty claims in accordance with the distributor procedures
• Documentation of vehicle quality improvements
