Qualifications

• A Graduate of Marketing or any Business-Related Course
• Applicant must be a driver; has a driver's license
• Excellent Communication Skills
• With experience with the related field
• Preferably from the Automotive Industry

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create Training Programs to address talent and skill gaps in the employees
• Prepare learning Materials for programs
• Develop programs for new employees
• Conduct Evaluation for new employees performance to gauge where skills are lacking and for optimization of strengths
