Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical-related Work
- Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company.
- Able to communicate and empathize with clients
- Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow-up
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Results-Oriented; A Drivers License is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
- Receives endorsed unit and keys from the Customer.
- Evaluates the Claims Documents of their expirations and validity.
- Ensures to take photos and stencils of the as required hy the Insurance Companies.
- Prepares comprehensive Estimate o f the damages based on Police Report/Affidavit o r MARF.
- Sends Estimate t o Parts Section for parts quotations and ensures all documents are signed t o avoid delays i n the
- purchasing of parts.
- Follow-up and Monitors LOA or any forms o f approval from the Customer o r Insurance Companies.
- Prepares RO and PO according t o work scope.
- Regularly monitors parts and repair status o f the unit and gives update (with pictures) to the customers from
- time t o time.
- Coordinates with Superior on major issues to resolve effectively.
- Coordinate with Insurance Companies on the request by customer for additional work.
- To assist and secure all documents needed i n the release o f the vehicle.
- To submit the required Reports by the Management.
- Must exhibit leadership skill and honesty that motivates, build respect and t o express a firm but fair attitude.
- To perform other task that may be assigned by Superiors from time t o time.
