DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed
-Handle customer complaints and work towards resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner
-Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customers interactions
-Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve
-Stay up to date on company policies, products and services
-Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Female
-College Graduate / Fresh graduate
- Can do multi- tasking in minimum supervision
-With pleasing personality
-Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- with customer relations officer experience is an advantage but not required.
