Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is a leading automotive company in the Philippines, with a strong presence in the Gensan region. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer for our MG Motors Gensan branch.

As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationship between our company and our valued customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and will work closely with other departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management

- Identify and implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs to provide proactive solutions and recommendations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management software

- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
