Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
- Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company
- Able to communicate and empathize with clients
- Preferably with experience in doing outbound telemarketing
- Fluent in English, Filipino and local dialect
- Proficient with computer applications
- Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow up
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-Oriented
Job Description:
- Promotes company through effective customer relations and good will.
- Conducts brand new release orientation to the clients.
- Ensures that all vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery of the unit to ensure customer's satisfaction on overall dealership experience.
- Procure service appointments of clients via telephone calls and emails. Approximately 40 outbound calls per day.
- Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and acts immediately and effectively to resolve the same.
- Assist the branch on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from/to the manufacturers.
- Maintains database, spreadsheets and other medium set for daily update and reporting.
- Submits reportorial requirements on or before the set deadline.
- Assist the Service Dept. in promoting and implementing service appointment system.
- Maintains an accurate and efficient file of customer data.
- Assist in telemarketing for various promo and events.
