Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Business/Administrative courses
- Preferably with experience related to the job required
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- With experience in handling customers is a plus
- Hard-working, responsible, and keen on details
- Preferably with background or knowledge in cars
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- With Drivers License
Job Description:
- Process warranty approval, claims, and repair orders.
- Ensures warranty paper works are properly documented and processed correctly.
- Keep abreast of technical bulletins and campaigns.
- Process warranty payment and/or claims to the dealer in coordination with the Accounting personnel for RO, invoices, and other documents.
- Secures cost in curve on warranty work performed by technicians.
- Ensures orderliness and cleanliness of Warranty Storage and Warranty tags.
- Accomplish Warranty Reports deadlines to distributors.
- Updates and monitors data reports as assigned by the supervisor
- Observe company policies, rules, and regulations.
