Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Business/Administrative courses
  • Preferably with experience related to the job required
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • With experience in handling customers is a plus
  • Hard-working, responsible, and keen on details
  • Preferably with background or knowledge in cars
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • With Drivers License

Job Description:

  • Process warranty approval, claims, and repair orders.
  • Ensures warranty paper works are properly documented and processed correctly.
  • Keep abreast of technical bulletins and campaigns.
  • Process warranty payment and/or claims to the dealer in coordination with the Accounting personnel for RO, invoices, and other documents.
  • Secures cost in curve on warranty work performed by technicians.
  • Ensures orderliness and cleanliness of Warranty Storage and Warranty tags.
  • Accomplish Warranty Reports deadlines to distributors.
  • Updates and monitors data reports as assigned by the supervisor
  • Observe company policies, rules, and regulations.
