About the job HR IT Officer
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-year experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role handling recruitment.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work on highly confidential information in a fast-paced working environment
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Job Description:
- Works closely with the HR Manager on all recruitment concerns of Head Office including of local branches.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their
relevant knowledge and experience. - Remains up-to-date on the requirements of the various positions in the company and acts as
an advocate for new and established employees
Specific Tasks:
- Job posting/reposts in Manatal, Indeed, and Facebook for Head Office and Luzon, Visayas &
Mindanao Branches
Audits Manatal - Manatal orientation for HR, Supervisor, and Managers (Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao)
- Assist local HR in all Recruitment Concerns
- Facilitates the complete recruitment stages and monitors local HR Recruitment related functions
for Visayas & Mindanao - Monitors/updates Employee Engagement & Recruitment FB page
- Assists in employee engagement (VisMin)
- Lead Generation of applicants for Job vacancies given by managers and department heads
- Facebook posting and boosting
- Assists in screening/interviews of candidates for VisMin and endorses highly qualified applicants for hard-to-fill positions to local branches (Visayas & Mindanao)
- Minor technical troubleshooting in HR department
Coordinates with HR Directors for Iloilo/Head Office Job Fair - Facilitates the whole recruitment cycle for Visayas and Mindanao in the absence of local HR
- Performs other related tasks as may be required by the management and/or immediate head.
