Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-year experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role handling recruitment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work on highly confidential information in a fast-paced working environment
  • Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
  • With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Job Description:

  • Works closely with the HR Manager on all recruitment concerns of Head Office including of local branches.
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their
    relevant knowledge and experience.
  • Remains up-to-date on the requirements of the various positions in the company and acts as
    an advocate for new and established employees

Specific Tasks:

  • Job posting/reposts in Manatal, Indeed, and Facebook for Head Office and Luzon, Visayas &
    Mindanao Branches
    Audits Manatal
  • Manatal orientation for HR, Supervisor, and Managers (Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao)
  • Assist local HR in all Recruitment Concerns
  • Facilitates the complete recruitment stages and monitors local HR Recruitment related functions
    for Visayas & Mindanao
  • Monitors/updates Employee Engagement & Recruitment FB page
  • Assists in employee engagement (VisMin)
  • Lead Generation of applicants for Job vacancies given by managers and department heads
  • Facebook posting and boosting
  • Assists in screening/interviews of candidates for VisMin and endorses highly qualified applicants for hard-to-fill positions to local branches (Visayas & Mindanao)
  • Minor technical troubleshooting in HR department
    Coordinates with HR Directors for Iloilo/Head Office Job Fair
  • Facilitates the whole recruitment cycle for Visayas and Mindanao in the absence of local HR
  • Performs other related tasks as may be required by the management and/or immediate head.
