Qualifications:

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience in the After Sales Service Department is an advantage
  • With advanced experience with office management software like MS Office such as MS Excel (PIVOT), MS Word, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be detail-oriented
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines can work under pressure

Job Description:

  • Prepares reports for the Manufacturers/company as follows but not limited to Service Manpower Update, Non-F1 Report, Open repair orders, DCS
  • Prepares daily/weekly KPI reports and submits them to the Service Manager not later than 10:00 AM of the following day.
  • Prepares requests for uniforms, and safety shoes, and coordinates with the Purchasing Section
  • Maintains records and monitors technician training time and manpower turnover.
  • Assist Body and Paint(BP) personnel in preparing reports, typing quotations, and attending to BP customers when needed.
  • Maintains an updated and organized service department file.
  • Promotes 5S in the work at all times.
