Qualifications:
- College graduates, we accept undergraduates with Warehousing/Inventory experience
- Have previous experience with Parts Dept. (Auto Dealership) or Auto Supply/Parts Supply Store.
- Has knowledge in Automotive parts and their functions
- Excellent in Excel & Word.
- Warehousing Skill and Organizational Skills is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of automotive parts, ensuring that the right
parts are available when needed. This includes tracking stock levels, ordering replenishments, and
managing returns or exchanges.
2. Parts Ordering: Place orders with suppliers to replenish stock and fulfill customer orders. This involves
researching parts availability and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely receipt of parts.
3. Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of automotive systems and parts, including their
functions, compatibility, and installation procedures. This knowledge helpsin accurately identifying parts
and aiding customers and technicians.
4. Database Management: Utilize computerized inventory management systems to track parts inventory.
5. Maintain organized records of sales, purchases, and inventory levelsfor reporting and analysis purposes.
6. Quality Control: Inspect incoming parts shipments for accuracy, quality, and completeness. Ensure that all
parts meet manufacturer specifications and are properly labeled and stored to prevent damage or loss.
7. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer
guidelines related to automotive parts. Ensure that all parts and services offered comply with applicable
laws and regulations.
8. Knowledge with System, Applications and Data Processing is an advantage.
