Warranty Officer

Qualifications:

* Male
* Must be a graduate of any 4 year course (preferably BS Engineering or BS Industrial Technology Major in
Automotive or any related course)
* has at least 1 year experience in after sales operations and must have strong interpersonal and
communication (oral and written).
* Microsoft Office proficient.

Job Description:

* In charge of warranty concerns and claims concerns
* Evaluate warranty claims of customer if valid or not
* Deal directly with local suppliers with warranty claims
* Preparation of technical reports
* Administration of warranty parts identification, storage, and disposal
* Preparation of warranty claims in accordance with the distributor procedures
* Documentation of vehicle quality improvements
