Qualifications:

  • Assists in providing administrative support in daily transactions.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Background in administrative function is a plus
  • Proficient with computer applications
  • Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
  • Analytically and mathematically minded analyzing data and creating necessary reports.


Job Description:

  • Responsible for the processing of Parts Order for all the parts request.
  • Monitors Parts Order at Portal and communicate with local Parts man and suppliers.
  • Process Parts and freight payables and monitor the due dates.
  • Monitors the Inbound and Outbound of Parts.
  • Check and verify receiving and issuance reports.
  • Update parts monitoring reports in the google drive.
  • Assists in providing administrative support in daily operations.
